Parking Lot Patrol

The Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. — Genesis 6:5 (ESV)

In this sinful world that we live in, there are some who are tempted to prey upon church-goers and the church itself. Parking Lot Patrol is a group of men who maintain a physical presence in the parking lot during worship services to minimize theft and vandalism.

Members of the Parking Lot Patrol are put on a rotation where each person is on-duty only a few services per year. While on patrol, you will be able to listen to the sermon via an FM radio receiver. Although this is a public-facing service opportunity, the amount of direct public interaction is fairly minimal. If you are interested in joining the Parking Lot Patrol, please contact the coordinator.
