Little Lambs
He will tend his flock like a shepherd; he will gather the lambs in his arms; he will carry them in his bosom, and gently lead those that are with young. — Isaiah 40:11 (ESV)
This is a program for children to attend during the worship service. The morning session is for children ages 4 and 5, while the afternoon session is for toilet-trained children ages 3 and 4. In Little Lambs the children sing songs, hear a Bible story, and make crafts. If it is a nice day, they will also have an opportunity to play in the secure, fenced-in playground behind the church.
If you are looking for an opportunity to serve, Little Lambs is a great way to do that. Leaders would on average teach Little Lambs twice per year or more. They would lead the children in singing, a Bible story, and a craft. The program is all laid out so you do not need to come up with your own material! It may require about one hour preparation prior to teaching Little Lambs. If you think that you can help serve in this manner, please contact our coordinator.
