Christianity Explored is an informal eight-week course (two hours per week) for people who’d like to explore Christianity or just brush up on the basics. Looking at Mark’s gospel, we will explore who Jesus is, why he came, and what it means to follow him. Dinner, conversation, all questions welcomed.
This season we will be offering two courses. Christianity Explored is an 8-week topical study for anyone interested in, or who has questions about who Jesus is, and what life is all about. Discipleship Explored is an 8-week study of the book of Philippians, for those looking to dig deep into Christianity and wondering about what a commitment to a life following Jesus is all about.
We also offer a teen program and children’s program if participants come with their children. Please let us know if you hope to bring children with you.
Church members, or those who’ve attended before: Invite a friend, co-worker, neighbour, or family member to take the course, and attend with them for encouragement and relationship building. The course features hospitality and relationship, beginning with a meal, and includes small group conversations and a short teaching video.
The next running of the course is planned for eight Fridays, October 12 to November 30, 6:30-8:30pm.
