What is life all about? Was the world made and who made it? How do I get to know the One who made it? What is the purpose of all of this? Dinner, conversation, all questions welcomed.
This season we will be offering two courses. Life Explored is a 7-week topical study for anyone interested in, or who has questions about who Jesus is, and what life is all about. Discipleship Explored is an 8-week study of the book of Philippians, for those looking to dig deep into Christianity and wondering about what a commitment to a life following Jesus is all about.
We also offer a teen program and children’s program if participants come with their children. Please let us know if you hope to bring children with you.
Our congregation has run a Christianity Explored course ten times in the past 5 years, following it up with Discipleship Explored (a study of Philippians) and catechism instruction.
Church members, or those who’ve attended before: Invite a friend, co-worker, neighbour, or family member to take the course, and attend with them for encouragement and relationship building. The course features hospitality and relationship, beginning with a meal, and includes small group conversations and a short teaching video.
The twelfth running of the course is planned for eight Fridays, January 19 to March 9, 6:30-8:30pm.
