Description:
**Stephen attended Wilfred Laurier University and received a law degree from the University of Western Ontario. He was elected to Parliament in the 2008 election and served as Member for Kitchener Centre until 2015. A large portion of his work in these two Parliaments was devoted to fighting for the right to life for the unborn. He proposed Motion 312, which would establish a special committee to discuss when a fetus becomes a human being, in 2012.**
**He will be speaking on a descent into tyranny evidenced by a triple threat:**
**1.The erosion of freedom of religion and association in the Trinity Western case**
**2.The erosion of freedom of conscience by the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons**
**3.The acceptance of perjury by Parliament in the Motion 312 vote.**
