You are kindly invited to an Orphan Awareness & Support Info Evening
We are excited to host Pastor Jim WitteVeen with his wife Nallely who are willing to share their journey of fostering and adoption. He is currently Pastor of a church plant in Prince George but has recently accepted a call by Aldergrove Canadian Reformed Church to be a missionary in Recife, Brazil.
Pastor Jim and Nallely have been doing foster care for 7 years.
They got interested after Pastor Jim saw a flyer on a Starbucks bulletin board! They have one biological son, McKinley (age 14), and looked at foster care as a way of growing their family since God had not provided them with more children after McKinley. McKinley was 7 years old when they began fostering and they decided to only foster children who were younger than McKinley, so they started with newborns. They now have a busy household of 6 children, ages 14, 8, 7, 7, 4, and 2. They have adopted 3 of their foster children and are in the process of adopting the last 2.
We are so excited that Pastor Jim and Nallely have agreed to come and share their insight and experience with us!
