Women’s Ministry

Who are we?

We are a team of women with a deep love for the LORD, and a passion to see women flourish in relationship with Christ and each other.    

What is our focus? 

We believe that our faith in God is best lived out in community, and we strive to see women connecting with each other through prayer, bible study, events, training, and mentorship, so that together we can grow in our faith. 

Why is connecting women intergenerationally important?

Titus 2 encourages the spiritually mature women of the church to model their walk with Christ, to mentor other women, and to encourage them to grow in their knowledge of and love for God. We intentionally create our events to foster relationships between women of various ages, cultures, and life experiences.

What else is important to us?

Prayer is foundational to our work and has a central place in our team meetings and events. We regularly pray for individual women, our church, our church’s leadership, Bible study groups, and our broader community. We invite prayer requests to our team. We also organize monthly evening and morning women’s prayer groups. We encourage all women to join us in prayer. 

We work closely with our church leadership to support their work among church members. We hold social events quarterly, but our biggest event of the year is our day retreat, usually held in February. Our latest initiative is our 1:1 Bible study program. This program matches two women to choose a book of the bible to read and discuss together, on a meeting schedule that works for them.
